Of the 1026 staterooms on the Carnival Sensation, 608 are outside rooms. Twenty-eight of these are Penthouse suites and twenty-six are mini-suites. These are the only accommodations on the ship with balconies. The balconies of the Penthouse suites measure 70 square feet, while those of the mini-suites are only 30 square feet. The rest of the outside cabins have a large picture window through which you can admire the view. Twenty cabins on the ship are wheelchair accessible and have other features for the physically disabled.
Enjoy the best night’s sleep of your life on the Carnival Sensation with the Comfort Bed system – soft pillow and mattress and top of the line bedding. The lighting in each cabin is really good and for those who like to read in bed, each bed has its own light so as not to disturb others sleeping in the same room. ![]() The Penthouse suite has a king size bed, but all the other suites and staterooms have two twin beds that can easily be converted to a queen size bed if you require. This type od accommodation resembles a small apartment with a separate living room area complete with a grand piano and desk and chair. The desk also doubles as a vanity with the mirror placed directly above it. There are also oceanview and interior cabins that have the beds arranged in bunks with an upper and lower berth. The oceanview cabins and the suites feature bathrobes, but if none of the accommodations contain hair dryers. There are TV sets in each one, but the reception tends to be poor. The bathrooms in the suites and cabins come with an ample supply of free toiletries. Fresh fluffy towels are delivered every day. There is plenty of closet space in all the accommodations and all have lots of room for you to stretch out and relax. |
