Measuring 300 square feet, the Grand Suites on the Carnival Legend are the most luxurious accommodations you can choose for a cruise on this ship. The balcony measures are further 100 square feet where you can relax in complete privacy while taking in the views of the ocean and the fresh air. If you prefer a smaller inside space and more space on the outside, then the Vista Suites contain a huge wraparound balcony. There are also Oceanview and Junior Suites available – all of which have spacious balconies.

You do have extra amenities when you choose a suite or a balcony stateroom on the Carnival Legend, but all accommodations are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. These include spacious closet and storage areas, which are walk-in closets in the suites and two beds that can convert to a larger size bed on your request. Even though the suites have a separate bedroom, all cabins have a sitting room area with a sofa. In some of the standard cabins and in all the more expensive accommodations, these sofas pull out to reveal a double bed to accommodate more passengers on the ship.

Both the oceanview and interior staterooms measure the same size – 185 square feet. The bathrooms contain just a shower whereas the bathrooms in suites and balcony staterooms contain a whirlpool tub. All staterooms have finger touch controls for the air-conditioning so that you can have the temperature you want in the cabin. You also have the convenience of a desk and chair, which even in the suites doubles as a vanity table, a wall safe, closed circuit TV, telephone, hair dryer and bathrobes, and a refrigerator for your use in addition to the well-stocked mini-bar.

The bedding is the signature design of Carnival Cruise Lines with a comfortable mattress and pillow and state of the art linens. Fresh towels are delivered to your room on a daily basis or more frequently if you need them. You also have beach towels to use when making use of the pools.
