With 618 oceanview cabins and 408 interior cabins, there is more than enough room for the 2052 passengers the Carnival Elation can carry. Of this number there are 28 deluxe accommodations in Penthouse suites and 26 mini-suites. The ship also has twenty cabins equipped for those with disabilities and there are some interconnecting cabins available as well. The suites are the only accommodations on the ship that have balconies.

All the cabins feature air-conditioning, which is needed on a cruise to the warmer climates, and you can control the temperature in your cabin. All have wall safes, TV and radio, spacious closet and storage space, refrigerators and mini-bars. The bathrooms of the suites contain whirlpool tubs, but those of the regular cabins have a shower stall only. Each bathroom also has an ample supply of toiletries that are free of charge.



The Penthouse Suites provide extra large accommodations with separate living and sleeping areas. Each one features a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the sitting room area. The balcony is quite spacious at 70 square feet and there is ample room in each suite for up to five passengers.

Mini-suites also have a balcony, but it is smaller at 30 square feet. These suites have twin beds that easily convert to a king size bed as well as a sofa in the sitting room that pulls out to a double bed. Like the Penthouse suites, these have a desk with chair and mirror on the wall that you can use as a vanity table.

Oceanview staterooms feature large picture windows offering a glorious view as you sail along. The twin beds convert to a queen size bed, although you can have such accommodations with bunk style sleeping arrangements with upper and lower bunks. They are all the same size at 185 square feet and the bathroom contains a shower stall only. There is a separate sitting room with a sofa bed.

The Interior staterooms measure the same size as the oceanview cabins and come with the same variety of sleeping arrangements and bathroom models. The lighting in all the accommodations is the best available with reading lights on each side of the beds and sofas.
