The wide range of accommodations you can choose from when you book a cruise on the Carnival Splendor will have you poring over the deck plans to make sure you get exactly what you want. For example, there are four categories of suites - the Grand Suite, the Spa Suite, the Oceanview Suite or the Junior Suite. All offer separate sleeping and living areas with two twin beds in the bedroom that can be converted into one king sized bed. There is a sofa in the sitting room that pulls out to a double bed so that these accommodations can easily sleep four or five guests.

Bathrooms in the suites contain a whirlpool tub and double sinks. Those booking a Spa Suite have unlimited access to the Thalassotherapy Pool and the Thermal Suite in the spa, plus two free fitness classes per person to a maximum of four classes. These suites measure 275 square feet and have a 65 –square foot private balcony. The Grand Suites are the largest on the ship measuring 375 square feet with an 85-square foot balcony. The balconies of the Junior Suites are the smallest measuring 35 square feet.



You also have a cheaper option in deluxe accommodations on the Carnival Splendor in the balcony oceanview staterooms. All of these measure 185 square feet and the balconies measure 35 square feet. They also include different sleeping arrangements with some staterooms suited for two and others suited for four. There is also a category within this class that has an extended balcony measuring 60 square feet.

Book an oceanview spa stateroom or a regular stateroom, all of which are 185 square feet in size giving you plenty of room and ample closet and storage space. The bathrooms in these accommodations are shower only and the twin beds convert to a king sized bed. In the rooms of this category that can sleep 4, there is a pull out sofa in the sitting room area. These staterooms feature a large picture window giving you an exceptional view of the ocean.

There is a wide variety of interior staterooms to choose from as well on the Carnival Splendor. Two guests is the standard, but there are some cabins that can sleep four quite comfortably. The twin beds can convert to a king sized bed in these rooms or you can choose a room in which the beds are configured as upper and lower berths.

In all categories there are wheelchair accessible rooms equipped with facilities for the physically disabled. Each stateroom and suite contains an interactive TV, wall safe, mini-bar, and hair dryer.
