With five venues to choose from for all three meals of the day and snacks in between meals, you certainly won’t go hungry when you take a cruise on the Carnival Valor. In keeping with the theme of the ship, which is “Heroes and Heroics”, the two main dining rooms are named Washington and Lincoln. They offer staggered times for the evening meal and a high number of tables for two. If you have a large number of people in your party, you can even have a table for ten. Both dining rooms are quite spacious spanning two levels of the ship and have broad expansive windows through which you have the most panoramic view. Seating for the evening meal is traditional with assigned tables, but for breakfast and lunch you can sit where you please.



Rosie’s, named for Rosie the Rivetter, is the buffet dining venue on the Carnival Valor. Take a look at the dishes in all the buffet stations first so that you get a good idea of where all your favourites are located. There are international food stations, as well as salad and dessert stations for you to choose from offering a variety in cuisine. Also, the dishes do change every day giving you greater choice throughout the duration of your cruise.

Dine at Scarlett’s in the evening if you want a change of venue from the main dining rooms. This is the supper club of the Carnival Valor that also has a bar and dance floor. These are open to all passengers, whether they choose to dine here or not. There is a fee associated with dining at Scarlett’s and you do need to make reservations in advance.

For those days when it is hard to tear yourself away from the pool, you can get all your favourite fast foods at the Grille. Pizza lovers can enjoy a slice of pizza at any time with the pizzeria being open 24 hours. Enjoy specialty seafood at the upstairs fish and chip restaurant above Rosie’s that serves a variety of seafood delicacies.

The midnight buffet is available for those who like to have a bite to eat while they are still enjoying the entertainment or before they turn in for the night. Room service is available round the clock and serves full meals rather than salads and cold sandwiches. This offers you the opportunity to dine in your room for any meal of the day.
