With four restaurants to choose from on the Carnival Sensation, you won’t have to put up with any hunger pangs when you book a cruise on this ship in the Fantasy class ship of Carnival Cruise Lines. There are two main dining rooms – the Fantasy and the Pride, both of which are located on the Atlantic Deck. While you can sit wherever you wish for breakfast and lunch, there is assigned seating for the evening meal. Tables are arranged to seat from 4 to 10 passengers and there are four sittings to choose from depending on what activities and entertainment you wish to be part of in the afternoon or night.

In addition to the three course meals on the menu in the main dining rooms there is also a spa menu to choose from offering lighter meals for those who are counting calories. However, if you prefer dining in a casual atmosphere at various times during your cruise, the Sea View Bar and Grill offers buffet style dining. Along with the many food stations set up around the room, there is a 24-hour pizzeria and a round the clock ice cream and yogurt station. During the evening, this venue becomes the casual dining option serving some of the same items as are on the menu in the main dining rooms.



When you are in need of a coffee and something sweet, head to the Patisserie on the Promenade Deck to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. Not only will you have a choice of mouth watering pastries, but there is also a choice of teas and milk shakes available.

For those times when you just don’t want to leave the room, such as early in the morning or late at night, room service is available. The choices are limited to Continental breakfasts, salads and sandwiches, but this will be sufficient to tide you over until you are awake enough to make it to one of the dining venues.

For those who want to have a bite to eat after a night of entertainment or dancing, the midnight buffet is a big hit on the Carnival Sensation. At the end of each cruise, you will certainly be tempted by the offerings of the Grand Gala Buffet.
