With the number of choices you have in the dishes available for all three meals of the day, the Carnival Fascination really does tickle your taste buds. The two main dining rooms, the Sensation and the Imagination, offer total choice dining with open seating for breakfast and lunch. There is assigned seating for the four dinner time sittings – 5:45 p.m. 6:15p.m., 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Although there are tables for two, they are available in limited supply, with the majority of the tables arranged for four, six, eight or ten passengers.

The evening meal in the main dining rooms consist of three course meals, starting with an appetizer, soup or salad, a main course and a choice of delectable dessert. There are always hard decisions to make with the exciting array of dishes, but if you are watching your calories or need a special diet, you can choose from the Spa Carnival menu.

For those who prefer a more casual style of dining, the Coconut Bar and Grill will suit you to a tee. This venue, which offers buffet-style dining, can seat 722 passengers quite comfortably. There are no long lines to contend with at the stations set up around the room. The pizzeria, in this location, is open round the clock, as is the ice cream and yogurt station. You can choose to dine inside or by the side of the pool and while the dress is casual, you should at least wear T-shirt and shorts.



During the evening hours, this venue becomes the Seaview Bistro, which is the equivalent of alternative dining on the Carnival Fascination. However, you do not have to make reservations if this is your choice of dining venue for the evening.

The Sushi Bar operates during the dinner time hours and is complimentary for all passengers who wish to indulge in the delicacies it offers. Room service is also available 24 hours a day, but the selections on the menu are rather limited. You can order a Continental breakfast, salads and deli sandwiches at any time of the day or night when you prefer to just stay in your cabin for a while.

The Atrium is the hub of activity on the Carnival Fascination and it is the setting for a beautiful coffee bar. Here you can sit and watch the world go by or engage in some people watching as your fellow passengers traverse the ship.
