With the spaciousness of the two main dining rooms on the Carnival Destiny there is always room to sit and enjoy some of the most delicious food served at sea. Both the Universe and Galaxy can seat 900 guests each and there are two sitting times for the evening meal. You can opt for a table for two or choose to mingle with your fellow passengers whilst taking in the panoramic views through the large expanse of windows in both venues.

With more than 100 wine selections to choose from and a generous menu that changes every day, you will have hard decisions to make when it comes to deciding what to eat each night. For those who are watching their weight, the Nautica Spa menu will provide you with low-calorie fare that is simply scrumptious. Children have their own favourites in food and can choose from a menu designed just for them. This menu comes with a coloring book and crayons, which will keep them entertained while waiting for the food to arrive.

The Sun and Sea Restaurant offers casual dining for all three meals of the day. It is conveniently located next to the main pool on the Carnival Destiny so you don’t have to stray far from the action when you want to grab a bite to eat because there is no dress code to adhere to in this venue. Cuisine from all over the world is available at the various stations, as well as desserts, pizza and ice cream galore. During the evening hours this restaurant, while still remaining buffet-style, becomes the bistro on the ship where you do not have to pay extra to dine or make advance reservations.

The 24-hour pizzeria is located within the Sun and Sea Restaurant. Select from the ready-made pizzas or have one prepared with your favourite toppings. Have a specialty coffee or tea to accompany a mouth-watering pastry at the Cafe on the Promenade Deck. This is a rest stop of sorts as it is in the center of all the comings and goings on the ship and from where you can indulge in people watching.



There are poolside grills and eateries in operation during the day serving all your favourite fast foods. Rather than lose your lounge chair by the side of the pool, you can get a burger, fries or a drink at one of these locations and return to the serious work of sunbathing.

You don’t have to suffer any hunger pangs in the early morning hours either. Room service is available around the clock and is free of charge. You can order a full meal or something to tide you over until you make it to one of the dining venues.
