Dining on the Carnival Liberty is a true culinary experience in every sense of the word at whatever dining venue you choose on this ship. The menus in the Golden Olympian and Silver Olympian Restaurants, which are the two main dining rooms, are identical. Both has assigned seating for dinner and open seating for the other meals of the day. With six or seven choices in starters, the main meal and desserts, you will have a hard decision to make each night. Both venues also offer a Children’s menu and a Spa menu for those who are trying to watch their weight and don’t want to consume too many calories.

Harry’s is the alternative restaurant on the Carnival Liberty where you do have to pay an extra fee and make reservations. This upscale Supper Club features culinary delights in steaks done just the way you like them, fresh crab and lobster dishes to present a fine dining experience like no other in an intimate setting.



The range of choices available in the buffet restaurant, Emile’s, located on the Lido Deck mean that you should survey all the stations before making your final decision. You will find just about all your favourites in meat and poultry dishes, a fine array of salads and desserts, plus stations offering cuisine from all over the world. Ice cream and yogurt is available at this venue 24 hours at no extra cost and the pizzeria is also open round the clock. Just upstairs in this venue, you will find the seafood station where you can chow down on delicious fish and chips. The dishes change every day which means that you cannot put off until tomorrow what you can enjoy today.

For those who want to enjoy hot dogs, burgers and fries, you don’t have to look any further than the Grille, which is adjacent to the pool and is just outside Emile’s. Have a specialty coffee or tea accompanied by a melt-in-your-mouth pastry at Jardin Cafe located on the Promenade Deck. Sushi is available in the evenings only and is complimentary for all who want to indulge in this delicacy.

Room service is available 24 hours and you won’t have to rely on deli sandwiches and salads to stave off the hunger pangs. You can order full meals delivered to your stateroom where you can dine in privacy, if you wish.
