The two-level Empire Restaurant is the main dining room on the Carnival Spirit. There is open seating for breakfast and lunch and assigned seating for dinner. Even though this restaurant is large enough to seat 1300 people at one time, there are four dining times for your convenience in keeping with the Total Choice dining on this ship. Although it has a French theme and decor, including a statue of Napoleon, you can choose from many types of international cuisine for your meals. There are more than 100 selections to choose from on the wine list and there are separate menus for children and for those who are counting calories.



The Nouveau Supper Club is the Carnival Spirit’s answer to alternative dining. This venue can seat 156 guests and reservations are required. You also have to pay extra to dine in this venue, but the menu is one that will have your mouth watering before you even have a chance to place your order for such delicacies as prime rib, crab, steak and many other dishes.

The view and the casual atmosphere of La Playa Grille, located on Lido Deck, make it a very popular dining venue with passengers. In addition, it is located quite close to the pools. Buffet style dining is the trend during the day and in the evening it becomes the Sea View Bistro where you can order from a menu with no extra fee.

Have an exotic coffee along with a tasty pastry or dessert at the Fountain Cafe located on Promenade Deck. Since this deck is a busy one on the ship, this venue gives you the chance to engage in people watching.

The Canopy Bar and the Fantail Bar are both located adjacent to the pools on Lido Deck. Serving drinks of all kinds and snacks, you don’t have to walk very far from your lounge chair to get what you need to keep you going until meal time.

Pizza lovers adore the 24-hour pizzeria where they can order by the slice or have a pizza made just for them. You can get more than pizza here as well in the made to order pies, salads and garlic rolls. And, if you get hungry in your cabin late at night or just want to stay in for any meal of the day, room service is available round the clock.
