Dining is a pure delight on the Carnival Fantasy where you can indulge in tasting all kinds of fanciful delights prepared to perfection. The two main dining rooms, the Jubilee and the Celebration, offer fresh foods prepared from recipes perfected by Georges Blanc, an award winning chef. Even if you are trying to watch your calories, there is a light fare offered on all the menus.

With two dinner sittings to choose from, you can eat at your own time in the dining rooms. The early sitting starts at 6:15 and for those who like to eat later in the evening, there is a sitting at 8:45. Each evening you can choose an appetizer, a main course and a dessert as part of the price you pay for the cruise on the Carnival Fantasy. With so many different choices of dishes, you will likely want to experience a different food every evening.

The Lido Cafe offers buffet-style dining during the day and during the night it becomes the Bistro Cafe. Here you can enjoy casual dining without having to pay a fee for dining in an alternative location. It is the alternative restaurant on the ship. There are different stations for the three meals of the day with foods already prepared but you can also order special items and have them cooked just the way you like them. Each day of the cruise features a different cuisine at the Lido Cafe, such as a barbeque day or an Asian day.

Pizza lovers delight in the fact that the pizzeria on the ship is open 24 hours a day. Along with choosing from a selection of ready made pizzas, you can have one made just for you with your choice of toppings. Enjoy a delightful Caesar salad with your pizza as well or have one for lunch when you want to make room for the dinner menu.

For breakfast and lunch in the main dining rooms you do not have to adhere to the assigned seating for the dinner times. If you prefer to order room service, you can get cold snacks and sandwiches at all hours of the day or night.

The Carnival Fantasy prides itself on its Sushi Bar, which is open on the Promenade Deck each evening from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Best of all it is free to anyone who loves sushi or just wants to sample this cuisine.
