While there is entertainment available during the day and early evenings on the Carnival Glory, this ship really comes to life after 10 p.m. each night. The quality of shows that take place at sea is astounding, especially the large scale productions in the Amber Palace, which can seat 1400 guests and spans three decks of the ship. Here the lighting and sound effects really enhance the action that takes place on the stage. There are some seats that have an obstructed view of the stage, so if this is your choice of entertainment for the evening it is best to get here early.

The large variety of entertainment venues on the Carnival Glory all feature a different color scheme in the decor of the rooms. The Camel Casino features an Egyptian theme and even if you don’t indulge in slot machines or gaming tables it is worth it to sit with a drink in the Ivory Club where you can still take in the action of the casino.

Sing along with your favourite tunes at the Cinn-A-Bar, the piano bar on the Carnival Glory. Every table has a microphone and you can showcase your talents in a karaoke event of sorts. Jazz is the main type of music in Bar Blue and if you want to keep abreast of sports news or watch a big game, then you will want to find a seat in the sports bar on the ship called On the Green, Golf is the theme of this venue with murals of famous golfers through history adorning the walls.

There are two outdoor stages and bars on the Sun Deck, adjacent to the swimming pools for daytime entertainment. Non-stop fun and games take place in the Sky Bar in the afternoons with trivia contests and challenges in which you can participate or watch the antics of your fellow passengers.

Relax with a coffee and a pastry in the Pastry Bar located in the Atrium area of the ship and for those whose passion is shopping, the Atrium is lined on both sides with a variety of upscale boutiques, jewellery stores and discount shops. Plus, there are no taxes on your purchases when the ship is at sea.
