Dine in sophisticated surroundings whether you choose the fine dining in the Atlantic or Pacific dining rooms or more casual in the buffet style setting of the Mediterranean Restaurant on the Carnival Victory. All the bars and lounges fan out from the Atrium that spans nine decks of the ship making it very easy to find your way around. In the Atrium area, you will find the Information Desk, the Purser’s Office and the Shore Excursion Desk. Just outside this area there are comfortable chairs where you can take in the sights and the sun or simply have some quiet time as you read a great book.

The Internet Cafe enables you to keep in touch with home. It is open 24 hours a day and contains six terminals. The cost of using this facility is by the minute, but you can save money by purchasing one of the packages depending on how often you do want to log on.

The Indian Library on the Carnival Victory is much smaller than on other cruise ships of the Carnival fleet. In addition to offering a selection of reading materials, it also doubles as the card room where people sometimes play board games to pass the time. Thus, it is not the quiet room that you may like it to be.

The casino and spa are the largest at sea in the Carnival fleet. Take part in the fun and games of the slot machines or gaming tables in the South China Seas Club Casino or enjoy the pampering of a lifetime in the spa. Work out on the most modern fitness machines or take a walk on the track on the Sun Deck.
Shopping is a pure delight in the range of stores in the Galleria Shopping Center. You can find just about anything your heart desires in these stores and with the duty-free shopping at sea, you will save in not having to pay the taxes. Smoking is permitted on this ship in the Ionian Room, for those who like to indulge in a cigar or cigarette.

Children have a great time cruising on the Carnival Victory with the program oriented towards them on this ship. Divided into different age groups, older teens won’t have to interact with toddlers and young children. The games and entertainment are geared toward the interest level and ability of the various age groups. Parents can feel assured that the staff is well-trained and will provide adequate supervision for the children on the ship leaving them free to enjoy adult activities.

There are two formal evenings on every cruise and there is a rental kiosk for men who want to wear a tuxedo to these events.
