The spa and fitness facilities on the Carnival Elation leave nothing to chance and are designed to enhance the experience of all passengers who wish to partake of the various treatments and fitness equipment. The 12,000 square feet of the ship devoted to fitness is a dream come true for passengers who want to make sure they do not gain weight on a cruise and who want to continue their fitness workouts at sea.

There are 35 fitness machines in the gym, all of which feature the latest technology. There is also a fitness expert on staff who will provide you with any assistance you need in using the machines and will even design a workout program for you based on your individual needs and level of ability.



During the day, there are classes offered in Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Spinning, most of which have a $10 fee associated with them. You can also book a private session with a trainer or have a body analysis carried out so that you know what you need to focus on in your fitness routine at home.

The walking/jogging track provides you with the opportunity to partake of your daily walk or jog. You won’t have to try to sidestep any obstructions and the view you have as you engage in this activity is absolutely fantastic. If you like sporting events, such as volleyball, there is a court on the Carnival Elation where you can have a game with your friends and enjoy a great workout in this manner.

The Spa on the Carnival Elation offers a wide variety of treatment options in massages, body wraps, facials and more. Work up a sweat and detoxify in the sauna or steam room, relax your muscles in one of the hot tubs and relax by the side of the pool taking in the rays of the sun. Swim a few laps of the pool to start off your day and if you really feel energetic, you can take the stairs instead of using one of the 14 elevators on the ship.

Beautify yourself for the evening’s entertainment in the Beauty Salon, which is part of the spa. Here you can have a new hairstyle or have a manicure or pedicure. Look and feel great with the spa and fitness opportunities you have on the Carnival Elation.
