Each piece of equipment has its own TV and there are wonderful views through the large windows to take your mind off the amount of exercising you are doing.

There are consultants and personal trainers available on the Carnival Splendor to help design a workout program that meets your individual needs and level of fitness at a reasonable fee. You can also take part in classes in spinning, Yoga, Pilates and aerobics.

Relax and be pampered with a luxurious treatment in the spa where you can rejuvenate your muscles after a vigorous workout. There are six Jacuzzi pools on this ship plus a Thalassotheropy pool. Enjoy a facial or a massage, acupuncture or one of many body treatments that will help you look and feel better than ever before.

For adults the Carnival Splendor offers a retreat area where no children are allowed. Serenity Retreat is located on Deck 12 and is complete with padded lounge chairs around the pool and wait staff that will tend to your needs in food and drink.

Play a round or two of mini-golf on the nine-hole course on this cruise ship. There is also a golf instructor on every cruise to help you enhance your game. Shore excursions in which you can play golf in the various ports of call can also be arranged.
