The two level spa and fitness area of the ship is the largest at sea measuring 23, 750 square feet. In addition to numerous options in specialized spa treatments, the Dream offers accommodations in keeping with the Cloud 9 Spa facilities. In these 65 suites, passengers have priority access to the spa and fitness center as well as two free classes with a personal trainer.

The range of treatment options at the spa include specialized heat chambers, mud baths, hydrotherapy pools, various types of massages and more that will help rejuvenate your body and soul. Have your nails done in the nail bar or have a new hairstyle in the beauty salon.

The state of the art fitness equipment will provide you with everything you need to continue with your workout at sea. There is a personal trainer on every cruise who will design a program to accommodate your needs and your level of fitness ability. Such one on one sessions are not without charge, but it is not expensive ranging from $60 to $75 per hour.

Take one of several fitness classes on the Carnival Dream. Some of these groups sessions are free of charge, such as Aerobics. Other more specialized classes, such as Yoga or Pilates incur a $10 charge per class but you will learn the basics of the routine so that you can continue when you return home.

In addition to the fitness facilities in the gym, you can also engage in activities on your own, such as taking walks at your own pace on the Promenade Deck where there is a walking/jogging track free from obstructions. Test your golf swing on challenging courses with the golf simulator and learn how to enhance your game from the golfing expert on every cruise.

There are so many ways to keep fit on the Carnival Dream that you will easily work off the extra calories you consume in the delicious food in the various dining venues.
