Carnival Triumph sports four swimming pools, one of which is for smaller children and one has a swirling waterslide offering loads of fun for all. The Continental pool on Deck 9 is the setting for daytime entertainment and live music where you can enjoy the fun and games in between swimming your daily laps of the pool. When the weather is not suitable for swimming or relaxing by the pool deck, there is no need to forego your daily exercise in the pool with the retractable roof over the New World Pool.

There are seven whirlpool tubs located throughout the Carnival Triumph, two of which are inside the gym. The gym is the premier fitness facility on the ship and is quite spacious. The wide range of state of the art fitness equipment includes all kinds of cardio machines where you can work out at your own pace. Get your daily walk on one of the 12 treadmills in this facility or make use of the free weights. In addition to the convenience of being able to work out at sea, you have the most spectacular views through the floor to ceiling windows.

A personal trainer is on staff on every cruise to help you use the equipment properly and to conduct a variety of fitness classes. Take a group aerobics class or sign up for a class in Pilates, Yoga or spinning. If you become enthralled with the joys of working out on the fitness machines the personal trainer will work you one-on-one to design a program geared towards your needs and individual level of ability. There is a cost involved in this service, but it is quite reasonable.

Take in the sights of the ocean on the walking/jogging track on the Spa Deck with its unparalleled views. The track is padded and is free of obstructions that might cause you to have to change your pace.

Indulge in the pampering you deserve at the Nautica Spa where the healing hands of the therapists will make you feel young again. There is a wide array of treatment options available in massage therapy, body wraps, aroma stone treatments and more. Bask in a new hairstyle, a manicure or pedicure at the salon and be ready to take on the events of the evening.
