The Carnival Legend prides itself on the wealth of fitness and wellness opportunities it provides for the passengers. The Fountain of Youth Spa spans over 14,000 square feet of space on two levels of the ship. The gymnasium features state of the art fitness equipment that include stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights and more that will get your heart pumping and burn off the extra calories you consume in the delightful dishes in the dining venues.

Take an aerobics class in the mirrored room used just for such events or sign up for a class in Pilates, Yoga or spinning. If you want to learn about fitness you can also take stretching and relaxation classes, all of which are taught by qualified fitness instructors. For a reasonable fee, you can have a one-on-one session with this expert and have a fitness programmed designed to meet your individual needs.



Walk or jog on the padded track on the top of the ship. Even though the track is small and it will take many circuits to equal a mile, the views from this vantage point are extraordinary and there are no obstacles in your path.

The spa, which is operated by Steiners, features a variety of specialized therapies and treatments designed to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. Have an Aroma Stone treatment or one of several different massages. Loofah treatments, body wraps and facials are also available. However, you do have to pay for such services on the Carnival Legend, just as you do on other cruise ships. The use of the sauna, steam rooms and whirlpools are free of charge to all who would like to indulge in detoxification and relaxation.

There are four swimming pools on the Carnival Legend, one of which is a wading pool for children. The Camelot Pool has a retractable glass roof where you can still take your morning laps when the weather is not suitable for being outside.

The Beauty Salon will meet your needs in grooming. Here you can have your hair styled just the way you want it or indulge in a pedicure or manicure.
