The Carnival Inspiration, which is one of the Carnival cruise ships in the Fantasy line, sets sail for the Caribbean on four and five day itineraries. It was launched in 1996, but underwent complete refurbishment in 2005 and again in 2007. Thus, you will enjoy all the modern conveniences you have come to expect on a cruise. There are two main dining rooms that offer all three meals of the day. Open seating is available for breakfast and lunch, but assigned seating prevails for the evening meal. Casual dining is the name of the game at the buffet style restaurant on the Lido Deck. The Paris Lounge is the focal point of entertainment with seating capacity for 1200 guests. There are four other spacious lounges where you can enjoy nightly entertainment and dancing. There are 618 outside cabins and 408 inside cabins on this ship and 20 of them are specifically designed to accommodate passengers with disabilities. The outside cabins include suites and these are the only accommodations on the ship that feature balconies. Children are welcome on the Carnival Inspiration and there is a full program devoted to keeping them safe and happy when on board. The three swimming pools, the spa and fitness center as well as the library and card room are sure to provide ample opportunities to suit all tastes in cruising.

We enjoyed our cruise on the Inspiration very much. The stewards were really friendly, the food was lovely and would suit any taste and the entertainment was amazing. The cabin was a good size, was kept really clean and there was even fresh fruit and chocolates left each day. There were lots of activities in the evening, dancers, comedians and talent shows.
